    Shipping Information
    We ship by regular surface post or express post. Signature is required, as all parcels are insured.
    We will contact you via e-mail if shipping of your order is delayed. If you do not hear from us please e-mail us and we will do our best to track your order down.
    Please check your spam folder, sometimes answers from us go into spam folders.
    All our parcel are shipped insured. Due to the insurance , it is not possible to "leave parcels at doorsteps" or else.

    International Shipping Charges: You can send in your order and we will apply the international shipping fees for surface or airmail post and let you know. (Shipping in cardbord boxes)
    International surface post can take 4 - 18+ weeks according to DHL post.
    If you prefer a faster shipping (by DHL, Fedex, Illox or UPS), please note so on your order, so we email shipping quotes for faster shipping options.
    Please note. On shipped items: we are not responsible for any lost items and we will not follow up on not received/ lost items except those are returned to us from the post office. Please advise us with placing your order if you would like the more expensive version of air/ express post international, which is insured ( DHL, Fedex, Illox or UPS).
    The following approx. shipping days for the postal service apply the day after we shipped your parcel out:
    Regular surface shipping to USA /Canada takes 1.5 to 4 weeks ( some exceptions apply (ex.customs)) , during Christmas season it might take longer.. Hawaii and Alaska takes 2-8weeks (some exceptions apply ex.: customs). Please note: inform us directly if you parcel is not arriving during the noted times above. We cannot follow up on parcels if the time frame exceeds the time above + 1 month.
    The Express Post to USA and Canada ( 3-9 business days, some exceptions apply( ex.:Alaska and Hawaii 10+ business days, customs).
    How long it will take to get to destination depends on the Arm postal system and is out of our hands.
    If customer does not provide his/her valid telephone number for the order, the shipping insurance might be invalid. Any costs resulting out of a parcel being returned because no the telephone number was not provided or parcel was not picked up at the local post office, will be charged to the customer.
    Parcel is not arriving in recommended time : If a parcel is not arriving in the recommended time, we will , -after being notified by our customer-, contact the Post to request further information. As soon as we receive the information we will contact our customer directly with those information ( this might take a while , for international parcels longer ).
    In any case, please check first with your local post office if you parcel is there. Please note: we cannot follow up shipped parcels after 3 months.
    Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties if applicable .Please contact your local customs to find out the $ amount you can bring into your country without paying duty. To our knowledge duty free are orders into USA .
    Commercial importers are responsible for any duty, custom declaration, taxes or any other requirement or costs .Please contact your local customs for further information.
    Shipping worldwide via surface post ( 4-18 weeks some exceptions apply ) or air /express post ( 6-19 business days, some exceptions apply). The international shipping costs are being determined by weight and volume.
    Destination Charges
    International shipments are subject to destination charges and or other fees at the destination. The charges are not included . It is on consignee’s account and must be paid by consignee directly at the destination receiving terminal. Destination charges may include but not limited by destination country customs duty, tax, VAT (value added tax), reloading, terminal handling charges, shipping documentation, custom forms filing etc. Consignee must clear their shipment through customs at the designated port of entry assigned by the carrier. Even tough a destination agent should guide consignee in the complexity of destination country importing procedures, it is the responsibility of the consignee to arrange customs clearance. For most countries, consignee must to pay all or part of destination charges at a port of entry.

    South Atlantic is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect damage or loss for example loss of profit, income, tender market, mental anxiety etc.
    South Atlantic is not responsible for loss, damage, delay for reasons which we cannot foresee or which are beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of god, perils of air/weather or mechanical delay of carrier, acts of public enemies, wars, strikes, customs.
    South Atlantic will not be responsible for delay in pickup transportation or delivery of shipment regardless of the reason for such delay.
    South Atlantic does not incur any liability if the information given by the customer is incorrect.
    Customers should be aware that South Atlantic guarantee do not apply for damage or breakage of goods during transit period . Customers should take separate insurance where applicable. The consignment will not be cleared until we receive full payment for the shipment .
    Customer is responsible for any shipping, broker fees or other costs due to sending the item back. We will not except any such charges here.
    For returning defective items please request as well an authorization number and further instructions, as we may ask you to send it direct to our factory.
    Return Policy Please contact South Atlantic before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts South Atlantic and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

      Return Conditions
    If you decide to request a refund, you must request that refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
    You can return the product within 7 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase..
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Custom made products are non-refundable.
    If you request a refund within the 7 day period following receipt of the item and the item is returned to us within 10 days of your receiving the item and it is in the same condition it was in when we shipped it out, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
    The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
    If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
    Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.
    If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. South Atlantic suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
    If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.
    South Atlantic is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For all refunds, South Atlantic will charge a minimum administrative fee equaling 10% of your purchase fee. You have to pay our charges, any administration fees due and repay us any duty/taxes or other unusual expenses that we incur in receiving back your shipment . We may charge you an administration fee if you breach any of our terms and conditions, this will be in addition to any other rights that we may have. We do not refund shipping under any circumstances. We do not pay for return shipping.
